Responsible for collection of outstanding debt

Обязанности

Main functions:

* regularly communicate with large corporate clients in Americas and Europe, providing them with documentation including but not limited to: invoices, credit notes, delivery receipts, etc.

* ensure timely invoice payment

* investigate and resolve customer queries, differentiating and addressing claims to management

* report to supervisors on a weekly basis

* cooperate with Accounts payable department from Move One HQ

* cooperate with our Moving/Cargo/Relocation and Sales departments from various country offices

* prepare income statements on a daily bases and ensure all transactions are reconciled and payments are cleared

* provide general support for Accounts Receivable Team on a daily basis

Ideal candidate’s profile:

* university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field

* fluent English language and experience with native English-speaking environment is an absolute must (preferentially with TOEFLS, CAE, AISLES, ESOL or similar certificates)

* 1+ years of work experience in finance/debt collection/customer relations will be given advantage

* ability to demonstrate communication proficiency, negotiation and conflict resolution skills is essential

* able to work in a high volume environment with strict deadlines
